PIVOT is a cohort program that blends in-person and virtual group sessions, delivered over 6 to 9 months. The content is tailored to the specific needs and interests of your organization. Each session includes in-depth group discussion and peer learning that builds a deeper understanding and sustained application of fundamental competencies. The session topics are deliberately tiered so each session links to the next for reinforcement of learning.
Between sessions, structured check-in’s and on-the-job activities foster continuous development throughout the program. The goals and objectives referenced during the program are purposely aligned to your organization to make them relevant to participants while also advancing the company’s goals.
Each session focuses on just one powerful but key concept so the learning sticks. Emphasizing just one tool or framework ensures participants can quickly apply their learning as a pivot point in how they lead their teams.
Time is a precious commodity — especially to leaders — so any between-session work is woven into participants’ daily work life rather than adding to their plates. After learning the key concept, leaders will be asked to use it, notice the impact, and then adjust as needed. Each subsequent session will kick off with a report-out of what they noticed and how they modified the tool to fit their particular style or need.
Personalized reminders, delivered in anticipation of the need and with the participant’s involvement, are used to help participants apply the learning when it matters most to them.

We offer a variety of self-assessment tools (DiSC, CliftonStrengths, Barrett Personal Values, and others) plus 360 assessments to identify key strengths, leadership capabilities, and one’s authentic values to promote ever-deeper self-knowledge. Because we are focused on the future, we refer to our 360 tool as “Feed Forward” rather than feedback. The selection of tools is based on your organization’s existing use and experience with assessments, and goals for organizational development.
