West End Partners is a group of more than twenty coaches, leadership experts and facilitators who collaborate to design and deliver client projects. All of our team members are ICF-Certified Executive Coaches, trained in highly regarded coach certification programs. This is to ensure quality and that we share a set of proven frameworks, which can be applied across our work. Additionally, the members of our team have expertise in numerous aspects of organizational and leadership development giving us the capacity to deliver a wide array of leadership solutions.
We believe that development happens best when people are brought together, in peer and group experiences, so that learning is supported and reinforced among colleagues on the job. This approach fosters shared mindsets and frameworks within an organization, and ensures new practices and skills are ingrained and sustained over time. We apply this approach to all of our leadership programs and coaching engagements. Our process is client-centered and we always customize solutions to fit your organization’s unique needs.

Dori Rubin heads our design process to create high-impact leadership and coaching solutions. She has deep experience in learning and leadership development with an expertise in program design and delivery. She managed leadership programs at Time Warner for executives across a number of the company’s divisions, including HBO, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros. Fluent in Spanish, she has run global programs and covered LatAm when at AOL Latin America. Dori is an executive coach and an alumna of the Leadership Coaching certification program at Georgetown University. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University, and has an M.A. in Org Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University.
Alex Weiner leads our process to ensure our services align to our client’s business objectives. He has extensive experience in strategic partnerships and consumer marketing. He has structured many successful, sustainable programs in which two or more companies work together to build and operate new ventures. His strength lies in identifying and understanding key business challenges, then finding creative solutions outside of an organization’s core capabilities. Alex was a partner at SunGate Partners, a firm specializing in brand extension partnerships, and brand manager at Reckitt Benckiser. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from its Kelley School of Business.
